5x55 Manifestation

Hi everyone! So I've been really into manifestation of late so i thought I'd take you through the 5x55 manifestation technique and how you can use it.
First, lets talk about the significance of the number 5. To do this we need to take a look at numerology. In numerology, the meaning of 5 is change, in particular the number 555. If you see this ( whether its the time 5:55 or the full number), it suggests extreme growth and transition. It can also be a sign of letting go of the past and creating new opportunities. Seeing 555 frequently can suggest that changes will happen soon, changes that bring you closer to your life's purpose.
When we focus on specific numbers like this, we can increase the power if our intention.
There isn't necessarily a right time to start this process. The most important thing is that it feels right to you.

How does it work?
Manifestation can easily be summarised by the law of attraction or the law of vibration.
The law of attraction describes our ability to attract into our lives whatever we want through focus.
Similarly, the law of vibration describes the fact that everything in the universe has a vibrational frequency. Since our thoughts also have a vibration, they are able to attract things with the same or a similar vibration.
Essentially, positive thoughts = positive experiences and negative thoughts = negative experiences.
In order to attract what we want we must align our whole being with it.
So what do i need to manifest?
- A pen (the ink is much more permanent than a pencil)
- A journal or plenty of paper
- Up to an hour of spare time to dedicated to manifesting, for 5 consecutive days.
- A positive mindset and belief in the process.
- Anything that helps you personally to created a sacred space and mood.
Now what?
The first and most important step in any manifestation is to set your intentions. You need a clear understanding of what exactly you're trying to manifest over the next 5 days.
Ask yourself:
- What would you like your life to look like in 5 days?
- What would need to change in your life to achieve this?
- How would you feel if this change manifested in 5 days?
- In 5 days, i would like to have deeper connections with my friends.
- To achieve this i need to be more open and loving as well as being open to receiving love.
- If this manifested in 5 days, i would feel loved, secure and a sense of belonging.
Now that you have your five affirmations based on your intentions, you need to narrow it down to just one to work with. Pick the one that most embodies the qualities above or the affirmation that you feel is the most powerful. Make any changes you need to make, ensuring that this is the right affirmation for you to work with over the next five days.
To begin your manifestation, you need to set up a high vibrational space. This will help you create a deeper connection with your affirmation. All you need to do for this, is set up the space as if meditating, however you feel this is done is fine as there is no right or wrong way. The main thing is to feel at peace in this space and that you wont be disturbed for the duration of the practise.
This is where the main chunk of the method begins. With your pen and paper, write out your affirmation over and over until it has been written 55 times. Do this every day for 5 days. It's a simple task and it's best completed on paper, it can be done on the computer if you cannot for whatever reason write it, however it's been proven that when we type we are more easily distracted.
The aim isn't just to write the words but to connect with them, to feel them in your entire core, as if you're saying them in your mind. As you write, visualise the change, the words as if it's already your reality. Feel the energy of your words and believe they are true.
If you feel you are struggling to connect, it's okay to leave it and come back to it later. This must be done, however, for 5 consecutive days, so if you miss a day, you have to start the process again.
The very last thing to do is as equally as important as the 5 days of writing. After the 5th day you must let go. Release any expectations you have and let go of your intention. It can be so easy to obsess over an outcome and our desires, thinking this will make it work faster but it wont. Attaching too much to our wishes can send out negative messages that counteract the positive, meaning they're less likely to come to pass. Instead, we need to let go and trust the process.
It's also important to pay attention to your intention and the messages you receive in the coming weeks, as they're likely to help you achieve your wishes. You may gain insight on steps to take that align with your intention- they're coming to you for a reason.
